 + -1 moreStopped using them in August, 2016. Their bookkeeping is terrible. For over a year I have tried to get their bookkeeping to stop charging my accounts for other properties. It still is a mess and they promise to correct the errors and never do so. Thus, we stopped doing business with them
Description of Work: Have used them on our rental properties, Columbia Office only for years. Okay service overall; a bit pricey

 + -1 moreThey come out every 3 months and spray and it cost $140 each time. We saw their ad in the paper, we asked them to come out and they did. They did exactly what they said they would do. We were happy with them. I would rate them highly. They were actually the cheapest around. They answered the phone every time I called. They actually would show up without us even knowing. They let us know the next day they had been there. I would continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Atkins Pest Management for pest control. We had three different services done for termites, ants, and spiders.

 + -1 moreResults were good. Do not see any more ants. Price seemed a bit steep for the amount of work actually performed and materials used.
Description of Work: Investigation of an area where we have seen ants, plus the outside where they felt they were coming from. They put down ant bait.
