It's a husband-wife team who have another employee they actually show up first thing in the morning like people used to! Here it was Football Saturday they actually showed up at 8 a.m. to start work even with pending rain they said they would stay there and work until it rained which they did a lot of people would have said it supposed to rain today and not even showed up this is how it used to be the work ethic in America
