The owner of the company is a nice guy and easy to talk to, but unfortunately the work performed is not done by professionals. He did not oversee a lot of the work, when he did show up he was usually not on time scheduled. In office he did not install cabinets with height requested. Asked for cabinets with file drawers, which ended up being not usable as file drawers. Had to redo mistakes made by his workers. Locks did not work as requested. Used wrong finish of paint when covering their mistake on outside of cabinet door. Fence posts were not dug to code 4' depth. Originally dug 6 inches. Re-dug to code by 2nd crew only on some post to stabilize fence. We agreed they were going to brush and roll fence with stain. His workers decided to spray fence on their own. Spray got on the house siding and my car. His solution was to deduct some of the cost of the fence, but it cost us much more to cover cost of siding and car. The color stain on the fence that they applied was wrong. He said he talked to the manufacture of the stain and told us it was manufacturers problem and that we would be reimbursed. After the work was done he disappeared and we were not able to contact him. We contacted the manufacturer of the stain and found out that he had never contacted them. The store where he had purchased the products told us they had not seen or heard from him either. We eventually reported him to the BBB, who could not locate him either. We contacted our home insurance company and they helped us replace the damage because we had taken the step to report him to BBB.

The painters did a good job with the painting and clean up. The workers that worked on the floors did a good job. The drywaller also did good job. The contractor, Mark Williams, charged us twice for the same job on the drywall. Overcharging $150. He did admit this. His record keeping was poor. He was pleasant to talk to but very unprofessional. Had us get several gallons of paint too many. We were not able to return these. Half way through the job (we were having more work done on the kitchen), he did not show up for scheduled appointments and never returned our calls. Despite repeated calls, we never heard from him again. Had to get another contractor to finish our project. I would suggest to stay clear of this company.
Description of Work: 6 rooms were painted, two areas of drywall repaired, 4 rooms had carpet removed and hardwood floors refinished. Quarter round placed,
