 + -1 moreThe representative I talked to took my contact information and told me they would call me within a day or two to set up a time for them to come and look at the work I needed done: they never called me back. I understand that things happen (people lose numbers, forget, etc.,) but a responsible business should make certain they contact potential customers after the initial contact is made.
Description of Work: The provider was asked to repair a lock system on the front door of my house.

Description of Work: I needed a new master transponder chip key for a lexus. I mailed him my ecm and passenger door lock and he wad able to make a key no problem! he shipped it back asap and in no time I had two brand new working transponder chip keys!!

 + -1 moreThis experiance was great. I broke my Jetta key. I would have had to tow my vehicle over 125 miles to the nearest dealer to have a new key cut and programmed. He came out, cut me 2 new keys, and programmed them on the spot for less than it would have cost me for the tow. Thanks Robert!!
Description of Work: Cut and program 2 new 2006 Volkswagen Jetta Keys.
