 + -1 moreinstallation was done very poorly overrall after not getting a satisfactory response, I had to hire someone else to complete/redo the work in several areas
Description of Work: the contract was for installation of a waterfall filtration device and skimmer basket/pump system for my existing koi pond

 + 0 moreAt our own expense and labor, we had to redo their work to make it operational. Repeated efforts to get them to complete the work were ignored and we finally had to pay them in full without the work being completed due to intimidation. In the end, we ended up having to redo everything ourselves as nothing they did worked. We spent as much as we paid them in repairs and replacing certain parts. They thought their work was high quality but they are not detail oriented at all. He is not professional, or responsible and is deceptive.
Description of Work: Garden's Edge was hired to replace all the components of our Koi Pond. The components that were replaced were poorly installed and/or incorrectly installed.

 + -1 moreThey let the lawn grow too high; refuse to mow areas of lawn; turned on irrigation system, but failed to "winterize" it so that it was destroyed when the pipes froze in winter. Never removed a weed from landscaped beds.
