+ -1 moreI give them a high rating. I'm getting ready to call them again. They are always reasonable. They only directed me to fix the problem because it needed concrete and all kinds of stuff. I've always liked them. They are personable and reasonable. They came out quickly.
Description of Work: Obermann & Son Inc directed me how to fix a pretty major plumbing problem I had.

Description of Work: fixed the air-conditioning, put a new faucet in the laundry room for our new washer, and put a new faucet outside.

Description of Work: Two Service Visits: The first during the unbearable heatwave, our A/C unit stopped working. Called and a tech was there the very next morning. Courteous and professional, replaced some parts and cleaned unit (even showed us how!) Bill follwed by mail about a week later. $125.00! I was thrilled. Last month our water heater died without ceromony or dignity. Just leaked out all over the basement floor. Called, and got a quote of around 800.00 for parts and labor to install a new 40GAL gas heater. After jugglging the funds a bit, I called to make an appointment. Tech came on time and was completely professional and courteous. Hauled the old water heater out, swept the floor and installed the new unit. Showed me all the tips and tricks, told me about the warranty, and cleaned up the entire area upon departure. Bill came via mail about a week later for $804. I must say, I had not yet dealt with a company in this town that had this level of professionalism and customer courtesy. I mark them "Highly Recommended".
