Description of Work: Dutch installed a complete new Sewer, house to main. |The quality of their work was top notch. but it took |much longer than expected. the work was done at the |hottest time of the year, so one can hardly blame the |men for knocking off early some days. Still, the back filling |and re landscaping was a little hap hazard and the line |was left too near the surface. to be fair, This installation |was not an easy one, running to the back of our property at about |28 degrees of drop and a length of @130 ft.

Description of Work: Two men were sent to do a one man job. Parts were needed. Each time a part was needed both men left to get the parts. One man could have gone for the part while the other kept working on the air conditioner. Both men went to lunch at the same time and we were charged for that time two men were taking for lunch.When my husband contacted the owner and told him he was only paying for one worker the owner became extremely angry and verbally abusive. We were still billed for two men but only paid for one worker and we did not pay for the lunch break.

They have good rates and if something is not fixed and you call them back out, it'll cost you their service call. They've done several jobs. They've put in a gas line for us and all the jobs have been differently priced. We jut know their quality.

 + -1 moreIt was like 90 dollars for the visit but I had to buy a motor for a unit and that was like two hundred and eighty something dollars. He was really quick and was on time.

Description of Work: Dutch has done a ton of work on my old house: basic plumbing fixes, sewage work, and HVAC work. Dutch has always done a great job and they always back their work. If you are not 100% satisfied, they will make it right.
