Description of Work: We replaced 18 windows, a patio door and a sliding glass door and we're thrilled with the results. Everyone was very professional and courteous from our consultation through installation. The crew of guys that did the installation did it all in one day and after they were gone, you couldn't tell that they had been there - they left no mess behind. We are planning on using them again to replace our last few windows.

Description of Work: Replaced and installed 10 windows. Crew was prompt, friendly, cleaned up their mess, and was finished in 8 hours.

Description of Work: We replaced 2 banks of casement windows and a transom window in our kitchen. The salesman told us of an alternate option on the windows. What we had was 3 together and we ended up replacing with a double slider, which looks much nicer and provides a better view and it was a better price. It was a tough install as they had to work around a fish pond that was close to the install area and the installer took great care to not disturb it and even covered it with a tarp so debris wouldn't get in it. We have more windows to replace and will definitely be calling them again.

Description of Work: We ask them to come out for a quote, the representive was very polite and knowledgeable. The price for what we wanted to buy was exceptable. We had a personal issue come up that required we put off the purchase. They could not have been more helpful. When we find the ability to make the purchase Window World will be the company we call. Some of the nicest people I have been fortunate to meet.

Description of Work: They didn't send enough installers. One guy did 95% of the work. We felt really bad for him. Towards the end of the week, he was getting tired and a little sloppy. We had him correct a few installation issues.

Description of Work: This is the second window in two years I have had Window World do for me. Same installer as the first time. He knows what he is doing and doesn't leave a big mess when he leaves. I have been very satisfied.

Description of Work: We replaced 17 windows in our 75 + year old house. The window installation started on the hottest day of the year. The workers were professional and polite... No complaints about the heat. Very Hard workers in almost 100 degree heat... along with a lot of humidity! Windows look great.
