Description of Work: Installed 14 windows in about four hours, cleaned up afterwards. Waited about 6 weeks for windows to be manufactured. Had issues with one window and replaced the pane. Had more issues with that window and they ordered the whole unit to be replaced (still waiting for that service to be completed). Installers were courteous and did a good job.

Description of Work: very nice windows the only problem will happen with window world is there screen on the big windows don't fit in tight in the window uninstaller told us to get a half of screen that would be better so we told him that then they bring out the full screen again so then we call them again and they said they'll see what they can do but wemight have to pay more for half screen you would think we pay more for the full screen some reason they're saying they don't make half screen for big windows so they're going to work with us and see what happens I'll let you know because we spent $1,400 and two windows I should have got it right the first timethe big screen was the right 1 but it didn't fit tight in the window if you're going to get screen that needs to fit right in the window so the second time that came around they still got it wrong so hopefully they can make this right before we go back to Illinois I'll let you know what happens

Description of Work: This is the third time we have used Window World for replacement windows after getting at least two other bids. We feel they have quality windows at reasonable prices. The seal in one window, out of about 65 total windows (in 3 houses) failed. Called WW, explained the problem, provided the serial number for the window. Replacement was installed in less than one week. Outstanding. Highly recommend for window quality, pricing, and professionalism.

Description of Work: Am so happy with the results. The prices were beyond reasonable and the entire experience was better than expected. Would highly recommend Window World to others.

Description of Work: One large window in living room, two smaller ones in dining room installed. Workers were professional and did everything possible to keep the home clean; everything inside and out cleaned up after the removal of the original windows and installation of new windows. Caulking and weather sealing appeared to be well done. We got the extra energy efficient glass and the argon gas fill between panes, which accounts for the cost over the advertised $189/window.

Description of Work: Thye installed 2 windows in our home. One was in the kitchen that was a crank out window. I really like it as I have shoulder issues and couldn't lift the old style double hung. The other one was a regular double hung for our dining room and it works just great. They really make a difference in keeping the house cool in summer & warm in the winter. Soon we will be replacing our big windows in the living room and I will call them. My only concern was the amount of time it took to get them to my house and then after they were ordered to get them installed. The installer did a great job installing & cleanup.
