Vic's PC Shop

Vic used to be very reliable but that is no longer the case. I prepaid for services from Vic. I was looking to get a new hard drive for my computer with more space as programs were crashing due to lack of space. I paid in advance over $300. He told me he would call me when the hard drive came in and he never did. I have been put off by him on multiple occasions sighting personal matters but have never received the services or my money back. When I call he does not answer and does not return my calls. He essentially scammed me out of my money in October of 2021. It is now December of 2022 and I still don’t have my computer fixed and I lost out on $300 with no attempt from Vic to make it right. He has fixed computers for me in the past so I am highly shocked and disappointed by this behavior and I now know I cannot work with him in the future or refer anyone to him due to this lack of respect and professionalism. Zero stars from me going forward.

I did bring my computer in, and he fixed it using the key I had brough in. He even had to replace a small part of the chiclet key mechanism. I felt he was very professional and knew what he was doing. I had a very good experience with him and will take all my future computer needs to him. By the way, the key I needed to replace was the I key!

He was very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was doing with the computer. I will be taking my computer needs to him again in the future. He even has a coupon on his website.

Vic himself did the work and was prompt, professional, and courteous. He made sure the computer worked properly and that it was integrated with the rest of our network. He promptly addressed all of our needs, including making sure the computer was backing up data properly. This is the second business computer that Vic has provided and set up for us and he's always very reliable and a pleasure to work with. Both computers are working very well for our needs. We have also used Vic for numerous minor repair issues over the years and he's equally trustworthy and competent with smaller jobs. Vic is our neighbor here on East 23rd Street in Independence and is a very nice guy in addition to being an excellent computer repair person!
