Extremely well. Work high work and was all done with care and consideration of lower growth trees and shrubs. Large limbs were tied off and dropped to miss other landscaping. Tree cuts were done at he correct angle and distance from the tree trunk to protect the future life of the trees. Cleanup was terrific, all branches and leaves removed, areas affected were raked blown with a blower. Their goal is to leave the cleanup area as good or better than it was before the job. All employees were cheerful, knowledgeable, did work as described in the quote, asked questions when our input was needed. Great people to work with. Great value. I will use again.

I contacted Uncle Stumpy's and he came out right away to take a look at the tree. Because I was close to another job, they were able to get the tree limb completely cut away from the trunk and cared away that same day. I've used their services before and have been completely satisfied.

It didn't. Representative set appointment to come and give us an estimate for trimming four oak trees. Set appointment for Sunday, Oct 1. did not show. did not call. Incidentally, my daughter had the experience with this company the month before. I called these people on the recommendation from a neighbor who miraculously had a good experience with them.

They were wonderful. They were on time. They were efficient. They even did a little over and above what I needed done. They outbid everybody. They did a great job. I was very pleased with them. I have them coming out again for another project with trees.

A tree was removed from my property

Uncle Stumpy showed up early to beat the rain and got right to work. They trimmed the tree and kept any cut branches out of the neighbors yards. They did a super job and cleaned up everything. This is the third time I have used them and I will never use anybody else to trim a tree (except our Christmas Tree!).

It was a great service, they did an excellent job! I had about three quotes and decided to go with this company. The "only" small problem I had was one of their employees decided to pee in my driveway 3 times in front of my home camera. I witness the whole thing while being at work. When I got off I immediately poured bleach on the area. Overall though this company would still get two thumbs up because of the great service and they cleaned up very nicely afterwards;)

Mike was more than prompt, courteous and his 5-man crew were professional. They took down a 45' tall dead hickory, sawed it up, removed it entirely and cleaned up the yard in less than 1.5 hours. And all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Mike came out to give an estimate on a Saturday, within a few hours of my phone call. He walked the property, pointed out what needed to be done and supplied me with a reasonable estimate. He was able to get his crew out within 10 days. They showed up at first light and were thorough and professional. Our trees look incredible! The crew went above and beyond, even cleaning up a couple of smaller trees which had escaped his notice during the estimate. They cleared all debris and worked all day until the last tree was done. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had Mike and his crew remove a 45 year old Sweet Gum tree. I was extremely impressed with their profesionalism. The tree was large and reasonable close to the house but they took great care to make sure none of the limbs would damage my roof. It was very clear from the moment that they arrived (exactly on time) that they were experienced and efficient. When they were done they left the yard cleaner than it was when they started. I would recommend them without hesitation to a friend.

Went great. The neighbor also had them do work and was pleased with it.

I contacted Uncle Stumpy's less than a week before the job. I spoke with a gentleman named Mike. Told him about the bushes, gave some dimensions and ended up with a quote over the phone. Mike and his team were out in about 3 days after we spoke. They cut out the bushes and ground down the stumps. No mess, no fuss, done in less than an hour. Everyone spoke English and they were very friendly....very rare in these times. I highly recommend.

The owner of the business came with his crew, and they did a great job completing the project. The price was much lower than I was expecting after speaking to other tree services. I plan to use them again in the future.

It went great. They trimmed everything up and removed the bushes and ground the stumps down below the ground. They went about their work quickly and cleaned up afterwards better than when they got here. The only thing they missed was to re-hang the bird feeder before they left!

The owner was quick to respond to my request for a quote and made the appt for a week later. They showed up right on time first thing on a Monday morning with all the necessary equipment. They were careful not to damage any surrounding plants and the neighbor's garage. They were respectful and nice. The owner supervised the project and the lead cutter was already an expert in line clearing service as he worked for KCP&L when they used to provide that service. So, I was glad to have him on the job. They were calm and cool even when my neighbor unexpectedly (and excitedly) came out to "tell" them how they needed to complete the job (the tree is my neighbor's but it needed to be cut to connect my electrical service). They were thorough in their cleanup from tarps to rakes to leaf blowers. They were in and out in 1.5 hours. I would definitely recommend them as they were great and their quote was a good deal compared to another quote I received.

My family has used his services for years for tree trimming. I have used him twice, once to remove a very large tree, another time to trim two large trees. Very nice, shows up when he says he will and does a good job.

Had a tree that fell during storm, half of it was in my pool. Called several tree services and got estimates the next day. But when I called to get tree removed, was told 1-2 weeks ... I then called Stumpy, he responded the next day and provided estimate. He arrived the next day, giving me a 30 min call ahead. Had a crew of 4 guys , got down the trees and grinded up stump. Left the yard in very good shape. I appreciated the punctuality of them, while other services would not even provide a date.

This is the second time I've used uncle stumpy stump bee gone. Mike and his crew did an amazing job! I can't be more thankful enough for his service. I highly recommend!!! Thanks again mike for a job well done.

Mike was very professional, was able to provide me a quick quote and set a date. on the first day! We had a set back after the initial schedule date but Mike was able to reschedule and came out soonest. The day Mike and his crew came out I was unable to meet him since I was stuck at work but he knew what needed to be done. I got home and my dead oak tree in my front yard was gone and the stump was ground up perfectly! In addition, the back stump was ground out and hanging limb was gone. Mike was able to take all my rotting fire wood away at no additional charge! It was great. Now here comes the interesting part of the story... When I got home, I called Mike to tell him what a wonderful job he did and I appreciated it. However, Mike explained they had an ?accident?. Apparently the wood chipper/grinder had a malfunction and the hydraulic oil hose had blown off his equipment and hydraulic oil went everywhere! Mike explained to me that he did his best to clean up. However, there was still a lot of oil in front of my house on the street and end of my drive way, Mike agreed to come back out and clean up. After a few weeks, Mike had not come back due to weather and schedule and told him this really needed to be cleaned up since neighbors were starting to complain. Mike felt very bad and said he wanted to make this right and told me that I could find a street sweeper to clean up the rest of the oil. I did and Mike agreed to pay the Contractor that cleaned up my street/driveway. Thanks again Mike for being a responsible contractor and compassionate about the situation. I would use Uncle Stumpy again because of the care and responsibly as a contractor. Thanks again!

They did a fantastic job. The tree was in our back yard with no access from the front. They had to remove it across city property and a creek. They were very creative to get the job done. The crew was very courteous and efficient. All that and the best price!

The man is an artist working on gigantic 30+ year old trees allowing a lot more light and leaving them in perfect balance.

Mike was very responsive from the time of estimate to scheduling and re-scheduling the day because of weather. Showed up on time. Original bid was to remove a large maple and grind the stump, I asked him while he was here to give me a quote on another stump and after agreeing to the price, he did that also. When I came home, only thing remaining was some mulch I am to leave on the stumps until spring. Total clean up, I was impressed. Will use Mike again and recommend him highly. I received 3 bids and he was the best price and well worth it.

Trimmed back bunch of trees off roof, removed dead peach tree and ground stump, removed 2 ornamental evergreens next to foundation and ground stumps, removed two large, dead elms and 2 dead bushes.. Amazing cleanup and haulaway - not a leaf left in the yard. Very professional and friendly and priced below a lot of the competition. Have already recommended them and will use again when the need arises.

Mike and his crew were great. Mike is knowledgeable and reliable. The previous owner of our house had not maintained the trees in a few years. Mike took care of it all and even picked up all the apples from the 3 apple trees.
