+ -1 moreI was so taken back by the results. It was night and day difference. The cost difference between replacement and restoration was amazing also. I paid around $2,000 instead of the original bid I was given to have it replaced for $16,000. I think if you are needing this service to be completed please don't hesitate giving this company a call, you will be amazed. I assure you in this economic crunch you will be thankful you did. The Realtor down the street thought I had replaced my roof!
Description of Work: Our area was considered a disaster area. After the tornado that came through. Several of my neighbors had made claims with their home owners insurance for odd and end damage that had been caused. I had my insurance company come out. The adjuster stated that I had minimal damage and to contact a roof restoration company instead of replacing the entire roof. So I did just that. Contacted Ultimate Force Cleaning, Inc. they came out and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to replace the couple things and to have it cleaned. First I researched on the Internet about having your roof restored instead of replaced. Come to find out 72% of society doesn't even realize their roof can be brought back to new like.
