Chad was available, accommodating, personable, and had a quick turnaround on the appraisal. He took the time to call and give me some more details and thoughts on the appraisal after it was complete to help me over and above what was required.

Chad was very professional from my first contact with him on the phone through the end of the appraisal process. I hired Tucker Appraisals based on other high opinions I've read about their service. I contacted Tucker Appraisals in order to obtain input and information regarding my property - Chad spent over an hour on the phone helping me to located real estate agents who had closed property sales near my home, and answering a host of other questions that will help me to sell my home in a tough market.

Mr. Tucker made the appointment right away. He came when he said that he would and he explained what his decisions were based on. He said he would send the appraisal by e-mail and postal service in 4 0r 5 business days and I received it this a.m. He was prompt courteous and efficient and did exactly what he said he would.
