They did an excellent job. Took my calls and questions at all times. Made changes to the design during the construction to accommodate my concerns/needs. Great experience. Description of Work: He came out on time. He did walk around with us and gave us several bids on various projects that we wanted to complete. We told him that if he was wanting the whole bid done at one time that we could not afford to do that. He agreed that was ok. We contacted him to do one of the projects and never heard from him again. Must want big project with more return or he is not interested.

Description of Work: Met to discuss landscaping ideas/improvements. Even though we never received the drawings that were supposed to be part of the "deal", it was fine since he gave us a detailed description of all the options. We did email them this past winter to ask them to do something for us & we never heard back from anyone. In all fairness, we did not try to reconnect with them . . . We could have called (perhaps they did not get out email?).

Description of Work: Bought deal from AngiesList for a 2 hour consult and a drawing. The man stayed for 90 mins and we never got the drawing. When I contacted the company about not getting the drawing I was informed I should have asked for it at time of service and that the man spent "extra" time on our bid (90 mins - which is less than the 2 hours paid for). I understood at that point he couldn't be expected to re-create drawing from memory - but there was no offer to come back out or rectify situation. I had to contact AngiesList regarding a refund which turned into a much larger hassle.

Description of Work: A landscape designer came out and we discussed what my needs were for improving the landscaping of my backyard and possible solutions and price points. Then he did a survey of the situation and made me a drawing of his landscape plan and an estimate for labor and materials. I liked the plan and plan on trying to do some of the work myself and having them do whatever I can't complete on my own.

Description of Work: Landscape design. Provided ideas of what to do with our front and side yards, especially considering the abundance of shade. They provided ideas of plants and sod that would thrive in the shade. Also provided a price list of what it would cost to do the landscaping according to their ideas and prices. The ideas were good but the pricing seemed a little high for the overall project. Pricing for the estimate seemed reasonable.
