Roye and his crew are real professsionals. He is responsive and gives sensible recommendations, and I thought his price was very reasonable. The crew worked very, very hard. They always cleaned up their work every day, and were careful not to tramble my existing grass. The paving stone design on my patio was a delightful surprise. I was just so pleased with every attention to detail and thought for me as the customer and homeowner. When we made adjustments to the project, Roye and his crew didn't miss a beat, and we were in total accord any time adjustments in the price needed to be made. I love my new landscaping. Absolutely!! These folks are terrific and I will call on them again for any of my landscaping, hardscaping, or maintenance needs. My feelings about the results are 100% positive.

I'm very happy with the work done, the professionalism demonstrated by the crew and the complete clean-up. All we had to do was water, as is to be expected.

The word was done in three days by three men. These were full work days. There were no problems. I was watching them constantly and was impressed by their work ethic.Even though it was December, The temperature was in the mid 40's to low fifties. They had a supervisor who was involved the whole time. The boss came around several times to check on progress. He was easy to talk to.

Roye visited our home to review our landscaping needs and provided the quote that day at my home. This was very nice, because the other two quotes that we received were received over a week after the landscaping company visited our home. This is a bonus! He was very friendly and helpful. The quote that he provided was excellent and by far the best price we had seen. We penciled in a day and he was there that day and had the landscaping work completed very quickly. When they were finished, it was gorgeous and they all ensured that no mess was left behind. We will definitely use them again for any of our landscaping needs and will recommend them to everyone.

Excellent! Could not have been more pleased. The men were dliigent about their tasks, worked hard and were very knowledgeable about how to do the job properly. It was also done ahead of time - an added plus these days. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me. Hope to be using them again myself.

Outstanding Work !!!!! Roy and his team are a heaven creators , they can transform you backyard into a heaven . From the start they showed up on time , 8 am , they were 6 people , to be frank i ve never seen like this teamwork before , they worked whole day nonstop , each one of them knew what to do and when to do his part , it seemed to me like if they work together since years , they are very professionals , and i am extremely happy with the endresult . We got to know them even by names from the first day Roy , Ivan , Emanuel , Jose , Juan ... They were very loevely and happy people , we have never had any bad impression about anyone , they were very polite , understanding , approachable ,very patient and for sure hard workers . I would highly recommand them to anyone , they are the best .

I am very pleased with the end result. So far, after 2 sizeable rains that would have leaked into my basement before, no water has come in. The planting bed is attractive and will be a nice, colorful addition to my back yard. The work was done professionally and neatly. Royce suggested reusing some existing edging bricks I had which saved me some money and I was appreciative of him being mindful to be economical. His crew also trimmed my very overgrown bushes in front of my house while they were here. They did a nice, neat job at a reasonable price. I will use Prestige One again and am happy to recommend them.

They were swift, polite, punctual and efficient. They needed no critique or clarification during the projects and completed the tasks well. We plan to use them for more lawn work ongoing into the future, including a lighting project for the backyard.

I couldn't be more pleased with the results or the experience! Roye Dillon met with me promptly, at a time that was convenient for me, made excellent suggestions, drew a rough plan that I could submit to my home owners association and provided a written proposal. I received a 5% Angies Member discount on the total cost. I had a planting area that was on such a steep slope that I could not take care of it and as a result it became an overgrown eyesore. My faucet was located there and was hard to access. Roye built a retaining wall and provided an even plant bed with stepping stones leading to the faucet. We needed to move some of the existing plants to allow easy access. Roye exceeded my expectations when his crew performed the work in one day, extended my sprinkler system into the new planting area, installed a pop-up drain for the downspout, took care to replant two volunteer Burning Bush plants that I didn't even know I had and added mulch to an adjacent planting area. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up, the estimate was spot on and the new retaining wall and plant bed look great.

It turned out wonderful. It looks absolutely beautiful. When I called for an estimate, they came out the same day. They really knew what they were doing. They had all of the necessary equipment, laid the patio in one day, and came back the next to fine tune it.

He said he would find out pricing options and get back with us. It's now a few days later and I have yet to hear anything. If he was too busy, I wish he would keep me informed.

Roye and his crew showed up on time and began the work. They discovered that the old patio was not poured uniformily with the end at the retaining wall a good two feet thick. This resulted in considerably more time and effort to remove the old slab in time to get the forms in before the scheduled new concrete arrived. The crew as able to get everything ready in time and the new patio looks great. The overall cost was slightly higher than the original estimate due to the higher labor effort to remove the old patio.

I have a large tree in my front yard whose tree roots had surfaced. It looked like a large spider on the ground. I was afraid my mower blades where going to hit the roots. They came in and coved the front lawn with a load of dirt and covered that with sod. They also buried two of my downspouts and put more of a slope on one side of my house, and put in a load of rock. The place really looksd good. I have had a few compliments from my neighbors about how nice it all looks now.

They came out to give me the estimate and drew up the plan right there out of their heads. The offered suggestions because I had no idea what I should be doing for the project. They were all very friendly and extremely conscientious about not being in my way. They made sure to clean up every bitty mess that they made. They were very hard workers. I was very impressed by them.

The quality of service was excellent. It ended up being more expensive than the estimate because of supplies.

Bill was also here the first day to make sure the crew understood the plan and what work had to be done. Royhe, Carlos and the crew were wonderful they answered all of my questions and explained what was happening along the way. They estimated a week's worth of work and they came in quicker than expected. The work is exactly what was in the estimate and on the plan, it met and exceeded our expectations.

They came out last week to make an evaluation of the job and give us an estimate of the cost for the work. They promised to get to us by next week but much to our surprise and pleasure they were able to come a week early and completed the work under the estimate.

Very Well! Bill was on time and very polite and worked with me on my budget and what I wanted. Once his crew began work, they greeted me and introduced themselves and asked if everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was. The crew foreman, Roye, also told me about the other services they offered including the newest design for rain gardens.
