Description of Work: He took down popcorn ceilings and painted the interior.

Description of Work: Repair wood rot, replaced siding and painted. Seemed to want a bit too much for additional sheets of siding and boards. Ran $750 over written estimate. Also left all the old siding and boards behind for me to throw away. Nice and good price overall. Did not enjoy the clean up after, cigarette butts all in my landscaping and over 30 nails just on one side. Other than that nice to work with and got the job done in three days.

Description of Work: we had an agreed appointment to meet at my home for a painting & deck work job estimate set up for 11am Sunday, April 21st. No one showed up and No one called!! I called company few hours after appointment time and the man that was to meet us for an estimate answered. I asked him what happened and he said he had called the day before to tell us that he couldn't make it but no one answered the phone. Since we have an answering machine, I asked if he had left a message(which I already knew he hadn't)...his answer was "no, because no one was home" what kind of answer is that for a business? First of all....there was no record of the call because you have to leave a message for me to know you called... and why not leave a message to reschedule or why not call back again? that would have been the right thing to do for business!!...If you don't leave a message, we don't know you called and that's just like not calling and not showing up since we were expecting him. That is so unprofessional...already without starting the job. If this is an example of what to expect from this business than who would want that kind of non professional, non caring attitude on a job.

Description of Work: Power washed exterior and let dry overnight; repaired areas of siding and trim damaged by wood rot, put two coats of paint on exterior siding and trim.

Description of Work: I used Precise Image Painting to power wash the outside of the house and do exterior painting. They also repaired holes from wood peckers on the wood siding of the house. They also made us aware there were holes in the chimney.

Description of Work: Precise Image Painting did a great job on the exterior of my home. They were prepared from the very beginning of the estimating process. I received a written estimate, information on their warranty, insurance, references, etc. The crew worked very hard and were all very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. They put a good deal of effort into preparing the house for painting: Power washing, scraping, caulking, priming. I also had an issue with wood rot which encompassed a decent portion of the front of my home. They came up with an affordable, good looking solution. I think it makes the front of my house look much better than the original! Communication was always timely and friendly. I think this company went above and beyond in their workmanship and desire for customer satisfaction. I appreciated that one of the owners was always on site.
