Very dishonest. They wanted $2600 to replace two coils and $600 for Freon. I paid them $238 for service call and had someone else come out. They replaced filters and put their gauges on and found nothing wrong. It all works great now.

Totally non-responsive to our service request, even though we have a service contract with them. Called on Saturday for a/c problem and did not return our call until Monday morning.

First scheduled appointment was completely missed due to traffic issues. I was glad that they at least called and warned me. Fine, I can understand a massive traffic jam on the other end of town. Next appointment was late by 1.5 hours. Super-annoyed at this point. When he showed up, he seemed very knowledgeable and very nice. I thought, well, I'll wait for the bid and see what it looks like. Says he'll have it ready the next day. Calls at 6:30pm on a Friday when I can not take call. Leaves voice mail and says to call back or he will call Monday. Call him back in about 10 minutes and no answer. Very annoyed again. If you tell me to call you back, which I do 10 minutes later, you better answer your phone. No call Monday. I call and leave voice mail on Monday; no call back. I call Tuesday and the quote can't be found on his desk and that he must have it with him. Annoying. Won't give out his cell number. I can actually understand that. Am told he is a VERY busy man and that he will call when he has a few minutes. I ask if they are at all interested in doing business and I get a half-cruddy answer about him being busy. I'm completely blown away at the aloof attitude through this process of just getting a stinking quote! I can't imagine what it could be like during an install. Are you kidding me? I don't doubt that they are busy. Maybe they are so busy they don't need any more business; more power to them. I'm happy to oblige them in that regard. If I even get a quote from them, which is highly unlikely, it will have to be thousands less than the next guy before I go with Pocock.

Mark did a great job, he and his team were very professional. He came out and gave me a written estimate which was very accurate with no last minute surprises. He in-fact was able to get me a cheaper price due to our electric company having an energy saving incentive going on that I knew nothing about, saving me $650. He was running about 30 minutes late for the install so his secretary called and let me know. He was extremely polite, let me know exactly what he was going to do, the install was perfect, fast, they were very clean. I would highly recommend Mike for any heating, AC work you may have.

THEY HAD A LARGE CREW WORKING OVER A TWO WEEK PERIOD. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND WERE HELPFUL WITH SPECIAL REQUESTS.
