Description of Work: FROM AB MAY |Proposed Work: |1 Service Fee 60.00 |1 Trenchless Pipe replacement up to 80' $7,051.00 |SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS |Ran camera to discover root intrusion at transition form home and near main connection. Driveway was sinking along |entire sewer route. Gave option to maintain line with cabling. Gave option to replace line with trenchless method from |inside the garage to the end of the driveway. Told customer that we do not include landscaping, nor driveway |replacement. All new piping includes a lifetime transferable warranty. | |I HAD PLUMCO TO CHECK THE SAME THING: MY COST WAS 1133.65 INSTEAD OF 7051.00. Plumco found the issue and cut out the cast iron and clay transition and replaced with femco bands, 4" pvc pipe and fittings. Installed new clean out for easier access in the future. When finished, line draining very good. Backfilled and cleaned area. Also added curb box riser to get curb box to grade.
