Description of Work: They put on a roof and replaced gutters.

Description of Work: REMOVED & DISCARDED OLD WINDOWS. REPLACED WINDOWS AND TRIM. IT IMPROVED THE LOOKS OF THE HOME SUBSTANIALLY. CHRIS WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND HELPFUL. WE ALSO HAD HIM REPLACE STORM DOORS. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK HE DID. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THE COMPANY TO MANY PEOPLE.

Description of Work: I hired him for siding and roofing.

Description of Work: In 2010 Nationwide replaced our roof we were so impressed withe the professionalism from the day we met Mike the owner for our initial assessment until the job was completed. Mike met with us and went over our insurance paperwork explaining in detail each item during his assessment he noticed a couple items that the insurance company had missed in their assessment. Prior to us even signing a contract with him he talked to our insurance adjuster, met with him to be sure that everything was included in our claim, he did this with no pressure on us to sign anything, he did this because he believes in customer service and he certainly showed us that there are still honest, hardworking individuals that put others best interest as their top priority, we experienced no pressure to choose his company from him even though he spent about 2 weeks working with our insurance company providing them with photos and details of items that should be included as part of our claim. We choose Nationwide to do our roof, we had received other estimates and consulted with other companies however, in the end Nationwide stood alone as a Company that truely has integrity. Everything from the initial meeting to the final clean up was above our expectations. This fall we decided we needed all new windows and doors in our home the only company we called was Nationwide, they worked around our time schedule, came to the meeting fully prepared bringing us information on the many options there are for doors and windows (who knew) gave us a detailed estimate and again a NO PRESSURE presentation of facts, it was more like a conversation with a friend than a "sales call". Our windows and doors are scheduled to be installed in November. Next on our list is a basement finish and when we are ready I assure you that Nationwide will be the ONLY Company we will do business with to us there just simply is no reason to contact another Company. We have recommended Nationwide to all our friends and family and each one of them has been as impressed as we were with them.

Description of Work: He came out and made some minor repairs.

Description of Work: Crank windows were replaced with energy efficient windows with easy clean feature. The shutters were also replaced. It improved the looks of the house dramatically.

Description of Work: Mike and his dad Chris installed 14 new windows for us. These were Alside Excalibur vinyl double-pane windows with an Energy-Star rating, specifically the new-construction version. They removed the old trim and windows completely, installed the new windows and new trim, and caulked thoroughly around the trim. They also installed aluminum flashing above the 4 windows that were directly exposed to the weather with no overhanging eaves.
