No work was done, it was a consultation.

My experience was awesome, they had great sense of humor, and still got the job done in a timely manner.

could not fix. ordered the part by model # but did fit. appliance was 16 years old. so bought a new stove.

I was very dissatisfied with the cost of this service. I was suppose to receive a quote which I didnâ t. It took them about 20 minutes to do the job. They left the old microwave in the box of my new one in my kitchen. It cost $320 to get this put in. I still have my old microwave and I donâ t know what to do with it. I wished they would have given me a quote. This amount was more than I paid for the appliance. I will not use this service again. The workers did a good job and were nice. My problem is with the price.

Fair price/ quality service

They worked with me on a time. Super nice people from the office lady to the guys who worked on it. The price was fair as well.

Nate took the time to review all my options with me and didn’t just take my money and do whatever job I thought I needed. He gave me his professional perspective and let me and my wife make a decision — and choose the right course of action for us and our budget. We felt cared for and supported. We will be using NL for all our plumbing and electric needs moving forward.

Very fast and professional service

Repair person was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Refrigerator problem was diagnosed, repair estimated, and problem fixed in less than half a day!

Good service, but didn't repair the washer as the cost to replace the drain pump assembly was almost as high as the cost of a replacement machine. Went with a new machine.

They came out the next day. Were hospitable, seemed to be knowledgeable about what they were doing, and answered all questions.
