Description of Work: Called four times. Owner answered once, and didn't return the three other calls after leaving messages. I requested a bid for tear out and replacement of double car driveway, and he couldn't be bothered to submit a bid. It would have been nice if he would have just called and said he wasn't interested, or he was too busy. But no response was received by me.

+ -1 moreOverall it went pretty well as planned he ran into a problem with a piece of sidewalk he wasn't planning on replacing .He replaced it at no extra charge to us. Terry and his crew were likable ,friendly ,and very Professional. We are now considering more work done . We will call Terry and Hi Tech concrete again.
Description of Work: The first thing he did was show up on time. Then he removed existing driveway and plowed out of place for a additional driveway.

+ 0 moreMr. Rush (Owner and Operator) was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I called and gave him the dimensions of my garage and he gave me a quote right over the phone. He helped me with the permit process and coordinated with the city for the inspections. He and his small crew worked very quickly and proficiently. I dont feel that any corners were cut or that there was a lack in quality of the work due to their speed. I was going to lay the pipe and glue it all myself but he had one of his guys help and he did most of the piping and gluing, at no extra cost. Mr. Rush also helped remove some overgrown unwanted bushes with his Bob Cat also at no cost. Mr. Rush stayed late to make sure that the concrete set-up and was finished properly. He did not mention anything about payment until the work was finished. I will recommend Hi-Tech Custom Concrete to anyone who needs concrete work done.
Description of Work: Footing and concrete pad for a 24' X 36' Garage and a 100' trench from the house to the garage for electrical service.
