They said they would fix it and never called or anything. I paid the contractor and he refused to turn it in to his insurance. He hires people from south of the border that do not speak English. I will be taking him to court when I get time. They did $3000 worth of work and $4000 worth of damage to my car. He stole my checkbook that I had on a table in the garage. He asked if I was going to pay him and I told him there was damage. He said that I better pay him and then physically threatened me when I told him there was damage to my car. I have nothing good to say about him. He runs an advertisement in the local paper. He gets cheap labor and capitalizes on it. I will let the public know about him any way I can.

My neighbor knocked on my door one morning after a storm. A large limb from a tree in my yard had fallen on their garage. I had been thinking about taking the tree out and decided it was time. I contacted Guarantee Tree based on reviews from Angie's List. The owner came out the evening I called to give me an estimate. Told me that their schedule was busy and they would come back the following morning to get the broken limb off of the neighbors garage and come back later (two weeks or so) to remove the entire tree. When they showed up (promptly) the next morning, he told me they were going to take down the entire tree that day. Within a few hours the tree was gone, the area cleaned up and the brush hauled away. Price was reasonable.

Guarantee Tree Service gets an A+. Gary Scott gave us an estimate of $800 to do the work, which is about $700 less than the last estimate we received. He and his crew were prompt, courteous and diligent workers. Within a very short time, they took down a massive Chinese elm and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend this company.

Guarantee Tree Service's employees were prompt, professional, and very efficient. They bid the job on Wed. and performed the complete job the next day at the price they quoted. Their bid was $1100 less than another tree service. We were very pleased and will use them again should the need arise.

Gary was actually referred to me by another tree service on Angie's List, but since he was out of town, Gary called to bid the job. He came out on a Wednesday, and completed the job on Thursday. Gary and his workers did a great job; they were very fast and professional. They brought a huge truck to chip up the wood and branches. They also swept up and raked all the leaves and branches left in the yard. Two of our neighbors saw them working and asked them to take down some of their trees, which they did. We highly recommend this company. He had never heard of Angie's List, so we hope this is the first of many positive reports.
