+ -1 moreKirk is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. He is very detail oriented. We had to wait a little while for the cabinets, but this was not a surprise since he told us upfront that he had two big jobs ahead of us. The cabinets were built in sections so there are no trim pieces covering up seams. The finish on the cabinets was perfect and they were constructed out of quality material. Kirk and Marty came and installed them in a day. Everything was left clean. They came back after the hardwood floors were installed to do the additional items mentioned above. Again the work was performed perfectly and cleaned up. They also put the appliances back, which was very much appreciated. We had been to the big box stores and priced their cabinets. With all the add-ons at the big box stores (installation, trim, ect.) we did not think the price difference was enough not to have them custom made to our specs. We are glad we did, the difference in quality really shows. Kirk is easy to work with and asked questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. He also came up with ideas that I hadn't thought about. He has a website with pictures of his work, this is how we originally found him.
Description of Work: Originally contracted to have cabinets and countertops built and installed. After the installation we added the following items: Trim around the floors in the dining room / kitchen and wrap 3 openings (approx. 3 foot opening, 8 foot opening, and a sliding glass door) with wood on all three sides. Kirk also designed and built a valance for the sliding glass door with cutouts to insert stained glass panels.

+ -1 moreA little bit of a wait but well worth it. The owner keeps his appointments and is prompt and dependable. Seems like a very nice and hardworking guy.
Description of Work: I had a new island built for my kitchen. This company was professional, polite and the island is terrific. The builder followed my instructions and was easy to work with. I would happily use him again. My island looks super.
