+ 2 moreI HIRED GARY BECAUSE HIS LISTING WAS "A" AND HE WORKED OUT OF INDEPENDENT INSTEAD OF JOHNSON COUNTY. HE WASN'T CONSIDERATE OF MY TIME SCHEDULE OR MY POSSESSIONS. HE DIDN'T SEEM ANY MORE CONSIDERATE OF HIS WORKERS, I FELT SORRY FOR THE GUYS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WORK CHAIN.
Description of Work: PAINTED AND TEXTURED CEILINGS IN 3 ROOMS TO COVER WATER STAINS, REPLACED SCREENS ON PORCH, PAINTED PORCH, POWER WASHED NORTH SIDE OF HOUSE.

+ -1 moreHE WAS PROMPT IN COMING TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. HE HAS A CELL PHONE AND ANSWERS CALLS PROMPTLY. THE MATERIAL COSTS WERE SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN EXPECTED, BUT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE.
Description of Work: GARY FIXED SIDING THAT WAS CAUSING A LEAK INTO A ROOM ADDITION. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM WHEN OTHERS HAD TRIED AND FAILED.
