I had no problems whatsoever. They were very nice, very helpful. They did the job well. I had nothing to compare it with, it would be a B. I didn't get any estimates otherwise. It seemed pretty good to me. They were pretty good. That's why I'm recommending him. That's why I'm sticking with him.

Bob showed up Bob showed up and we walked thru how the old equipment was set up and what i was looking for as far as replacements. Since this company was only my second estimate I was still a rookie at figuring out which systems were good and what would handle my needs and be cost efficient. Bob helped me with that a lot and answered all my many questions with patience and professionalism. He also let me know that you can only get the rebates that is offered from KCPL if youre equipment is working. This company came out later in the week and did a CheckMe to see if we qualified for the rebates and we did. The cost for that service was 75.00 and it ended up saving us 850.00. He took his measurements and since I had to leave we made an appointment to get together later. Bob came back and walked me thru the estimates and all the rebates. We ended up going with a company who offered us 12 years parts and labor as well as a humidifier, filter and a higher efficientcy units. In all fairness I should of contacted Bob to see if his company could match it but was too excited over the 12 labor and jumped on it. Every company that I had estimates for only offered a one year labor.
