Excellent. Prompt reply to provide estimate. Started the job on time, protected the areas leading to the master bathroom, did a great job of cleaning up the work area, and completed the job in the timeframe promised. Courteous, professional and easy to work with. We will use them again if we have additional tiling needs.

Dean is prompt, friendly, and provided a reasonable bid. The work was scheduled quickly and the results are great. He and the crew also did a great job of cleaning up after the work, which is always important to me.

Deano Tile and his crew said it was going to be done in 2-3 weeks and it was finished in 2 weeks. They stayed late some nights, they cleaned up after themselves nightly, and were a joy to have in my house!! They cleaned the garage EVERY DAY!! This is an amazing company and you would be silly to hire anyone else to come into your home to do ANY TILING!! When I finish up my basement, Deano will be the first one I call to do the work!!

Dean Smith just completed a kitchen backsplash job. He did an excellent job and I am so pleased with his work and personality. He is punctual, very skilled and pays great attention to detail. I highly recommend him and will use him again for future work.

Went very well. Dean was very helpful and was able to make up for some imperfections in the granite slab as it related to the wall. Very quick, great service, great looking finished product.

Dean did a FANTASTIC job! He replaced linoleum floor in our kitchen and tile floor in our bathroom with porcelain tile. With a home that's 70 years old, it's tough to make things look just right (90 degree angles, slanted walls), but Dean was perfect! He also removed old tile from the bathroom wall and put up new subway tile. Subway tile in the kitchen back-splash as well. He cares so much about his work and it is such high quality. Communication skills were great! I would recommend Dean to anyone!

DeanO Tile was hired through a contractor to tile a bathroom in our renovated basement. They arrived on time, and completed the project in two days. They were unavoidably late on the second day, and they called to let us know ahead of time. They were very professional and responsive; they answered all of our questions and were always easy to contact. The work that they did was superb.

Dean did an excellent job. He was very conscientious, professional, and punctual. All work was performed in a timely manner and the work area was cleaned daily. We plan to have Dean re-do another bath for us in the near future.
