Eric was on time, listened to my problems, explained what he was going to do, and then did it. He did not try to upsell, in fact he told me that my 1st service might be the only one I would need! VERY satisfied customer.

When my cat unexpectedly got fleas, I responded by medicating her with Comfortis. And then Frontline. And then Advantage. And then Comfortis again. And Capguard. Plus I washed the bedding and groomed her with a flea comb several times a day. All this, and the fleas just laughed at my efforts. My vet suggested that I contact an exterminator. Despite the late weekend hour, Eric responded almost immediately to my initial email query. He was flexible about scheduling, and readily agreed to do an early evening treatment so that I wouldn't have to take time off work. Two days later he sprayed the inside of my house for fleas. (I did not request an outdoor treatment, since Gremlin is my only pet, and she never goes outside.) The entire job--spraying my two-bedroom home and basement, and answering my questions--took fifteen minutes. Eric is friendly, and he took the time to explain what I should expect. He warned me that the fleas would probably not be conquered after just one treatment. I'm afraid he called that right: the fleas are still here, three days later, though their numbers are greatly reduced, and my cat has almost entirely stopped with the compulsive grooming and scratching. Eric advised me to wait two or three weeks before the second treatment, but when the time has passed, I will certainly be contacting him for a followup spraying. But even with two or even three treatments, at $50 apiece, the service is more affordable than the prices quoted by the three other exterminators I contacted.

Went very well.

The ants were gone for a few days and then came back in full force. I called the company and they promptly came back the next day with no charge to exterminate more for the ants. That has been about 2 months now and no ants and no bugs in our house. I would recommend this company.

We had a roach problem in our house and I was looking for a honest contractor to get rid of them. I checked various companies and found this company's price reasonable and acceptable. I hired them and Eric came and looked at the house and estimated I would need to get two treatments to get rid of the roaches. After the treatments he explained what to expect and so far it has gone exactly like he mentioned. We have seen a huge reduction it the number of roaches and I am happy I selected this company. Eric was very professional and punctual and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
