CRESCENT UPHOLSTERY

They just ruined every project. The patterns were inside out. They were not able to make the cushions line up. They wrecked all of the fabric. They threw away the original cushions. And to top it off all of the furniture came back smelling of cigarette smoke. They also tried to cut corners by using the old stuffing, when we paid for new. The sofas came back unfinished and ruined. It was a fiasco. We had to be persistent in getting our money back for all of the fabric she ruined. We did not pay for the damage.

Shirley is a very nice person, but I was not pleased with the work. Chair came back stinking of cigarette smoke. Pillow was under-stuffed and there was not any arm rest covers made. She told me that I needed more fabric if I wanted the pattern to match up at the seams. I wish she would have told me that before completing the project. The price was very reasonable, but I got what I paid for.

Shirley came and picked up my sofa, measured it and gave me a firm bid for reupholstery work. I took my time finding the material (paid for by me at JoAnn's Fabrics) and took it to her for the work. She removed the old upholstery, reglued the frame, used heavy foam to make new seat cushions and re-covered the antique sofa. It was returned to me this afternoon. It is beautiful. It was given to me by my late grandmother, and so had particular significance to me. Shirley did a wonderful job. I was fearful that it couldn't be redone, but she took her time and I am so pleased and proud of the final outcome. Truly wonderful. I highly recommend her for your upholstery needs.

SHIRLEY IS PROBABLY THE BEST AT DOING ANTIQUE FURNITURE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.
