 + -1 moreRyan Carlson came to our home and gave us an estimate for the work. After this, we spoke on the phone and verbally committed to starting the work on the following Monday. Monday came and went and Ryan did not answer his phone or text messages. Luckily we did not pay him any upfront money. I can understand blowing someone off if there is not commitment, but when you are verbally committed to a time and price, it is unacceptable to not answer any correspondence. A simple phone call prior to the start date would have been sufficient if he was unavailable to do the work. If you want your job done period, do not use Carlson Roofing LLC.
Description of Work: Contracted for Roof Framing, Roofing, Guttering, and Window Installation.
