We have used Allen many times at our old residence and we will continue to use him in our new home. He is always fast , friendly friendly, professional and polite. He arrived on time and ready to do the job, very dependable.

Called Bill's and was told service person would come when finished with current job. Travis called to confirm the address (unfortunately we missed the call) and showed up shortly thereafter. He was able to address the problem with the kitchen sink blockage, during which we determined that it was on a grey water system and that the pipe was clearly disrupted somewhere in the yard. In any case, the blockage was sufficiently cleared and is functioning well. That work was guaranteed for 30 days. We also asked him to evaluate an outside drain that carried water from a downspout which has been blocked in the past and has overflown, causing a water erosion around the foundation. This drain could not be cleared secondary to blockage with rocks/debris. During investigation, the main sewer was opened to make sure the drain did not enter it as the drainspout entered the ground just outside the house where the sewer main exited. The sewer main was found to be partially disrupted and will need to be repaired. The main problem was addressed promptly and professionally and because we did this we were able to identify another issue that if left alone could certainly eventually cause a great deal of trouble.

Arrived on time, started right to work, when done, only emptied the buckets, did not mop up all of the sewage that had been spilled on floor when he opened the line.

The job went better than most other companies had provided me in the past years and was completed in good fashion. I would use these people again.

Excellent experience. Person who did the job was contracted by Bill's, but had worked for the company before, so was able to be upfront about the service that the company provides. So far appears to be a great local company and I will definitely use them again for plumbing services.

I called on 1/28 regarding water coming up through the drain while using the washing machine. Mr. Bill explained that it was either the drain or the main sewer line and quoted a price for each. Joe arrived promptly and was very professional. He snaked my main sewer line. I also received an education on what should go down the drain only toilet paper and water. Thank you, and I have a new plumber.
