Description of Work: The service went very well. I had appointment from 2-4pm scheduled and the service tech called at 1:10 and wanted to know if he could come early. When he arrived I advised him of the problem (kitchen drain line clogged) and he took about 2 minutes to access the problem and went to his truck to get the needed equipment. After about 45 minutes the drain was clean and running like a new one. The tech was very courteous (asked if he could wash his hand and use some soap), very professional and gave me a discount and a 30 day guarantee!! Additionally he gave me a few tips on how to keep the drain clog free. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, these guys are the first one's that I will call.
