+ -1 moreMR ELY WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS CARPET CLEANING. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN IF I EVER NEED TO. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND THE CARPETS ARE STILL COMPLETELY CLEAN.
Description of Work: THE CLEANER 'JOHN ELY' ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE BUT HE DID A GREAT JOB WHEN HE ARRIVED AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR. I AM STILL HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I DID FIND TWO SPOTS WHICH HE RETURNED TO CLEAN UP THE NEXT DAY.

+ -1 moreHE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME AROUND 3 PM ON THURSDAY THE DAY BEFORE. HE LOST MY PHONE NUMBER AND COULDN'T TELL ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT DAY. HE CAME ON FRIDAY AND HE CLEANED VERY WELL AND CHARTED A SUM WITHOUT TRYING TO UPSELL.
Description of Work: JOHN ELY CAME OU ON FEB. 18 2005 ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATE. HE MADE UP FOR IT BY DOING A GOOD JOB OF CARPET CLEANING AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. HE CLEANED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN.
