+ -1 moreIt went well for the most part. Whenever there was an issue, they were quick to address it. Carol was great, she did a great job and was very friendly. But, you could really tell when she was there cleaning or when it was someone else, she always did the best job. My only con was the price. It was already high to begin with but the only reason I went with them is because it was no contract and they were referred by a friend. They raised prices at the start of the year by 30% which I didnt feel the service was worth. I found a different service that is actually much cheaper than what I was originally paying and its no contract as well so the move was good for me. I will say that I trusted them in my home and that for the most part it was very clean. If you care a lot about Green cleaning, then I would recommend them.
Description of Work: I hired Vera Jean to do bi-weekly cleanings for 1700 sq ft house.

Description of Work: I hired this company on the recommendation of another Angie's List cleaning service. I wanted to give a wonderful friend of mine a gift of the cleaning of her home when she moved, so that she didn't have to do it. I contacted Vera Jean by phone and discussed the details of my need with Craig. We discussed the size of the home and the condition. He was extremely cordial and helpful in his questions. We agreed upon the date and time and he gave me an estimate of the range of cost. He followed up with an email outlining the services that we agreed would be provided. We reconfirmed the date and time close the actual date of service. The team arrived ON-TIME with all their supplies and started right in. The moving team had vacated the second floor and the cleaning team could immediately address that second floor. As the moving team emptied the first floor, the cleaning team moved to the first floor. The cleaning was awsome. Attention to detail - every spot; every streak was addressed. The bathrooms were cleaned to a sparkle. The blinds were all cleaned. The kitchen cabinets were wiped out and perfect. The hardwood floors were vacuumed and cleaned with a liquid cleaner. The interior of the refridgerator was cleaned beyond expectation. Of course, the basement and garage were swept out and left as if they were new. Craig knew how long it would take to do the job and estimated the job perfectly. The work was done in Eureka, Missouri.
