+ 0 moreOnce again Dave did a wonderful job! He was punctual and professional. He cleaned up each day before he left, so we did not come home from our jobs to find a remodeling mess. The room looks great!
Description of Work: We remodeled a spare bedroom in our home. Dave Zahn removed the old baseboard and advised the amount of wood required for a new baseboard, crown molding and window framing. We purchased and painted the wood. Dave cut and installed it. We also purchased a mirrored sliding closet door, a complete closet organizer and a new ceiling light, all of which Dave installed.

+ 0 moreMr. Zahn arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. It was evident that he takes his work seriously and is a hard worker. He was very careful to prevent the sanding dust from dispersing throughout the house, and made sure everything was clean before leaving. He was respectful of us and our home. Mr. Zahn did a beautiful job and completed the work within a week as promised.
Description of Work: Mr. Zahn removed the carpeting in our large livingroom, hall, entry foyer and two stairways. A portion of the livingroom had originally been a kitchen and it did not have hardwood flooring. Mr. Zahn laced in new wood to match the existing wood. Then he sanded the entire area, stained the wood, and finished it including the eleven steps and landing area.

+ -1 moreHe is very talented. He was referred to me by a friend. He is very good at handling different. He does a beautiful job installing hardwood floor. Unfortunately I have not needed that service, but I have seen floors that he has done. He is very prompt. He came out the day that I called on the roof leak. He is efficient. I really appreciate that he is very neat and clean. When he remodeled our bathroom he made sure to clean up and not to dirty up other areas of the house.
Description of Work: He has remodel both of our bathrooms. He has refinished our porch floor and re-screened the whole porch. He has done plumbing work for me. Some of the plumbing was original and had rusted through/ He replaced all of those. That was an extensive job and it was excellent. He has done some roof work for me. I had a leak and he repaired that. He took a dead tree down in my back yard. He put a drain tub in the basement. Price was for roof repair.
