I heard about KLS after they did some work for my next-door neighbor. I received four bids, and KLS was the least expensive. However, my neighbor was pleased with the job they did at his house, they're well-reviewed online and really seem to know their stuff. KLS was very responsive to all inquiries, responding promptly to many emailed questions and keeping me updated on status. Tom (the owner) was very friendly and helpful, and came out to the job site himself on at least three occasions, including once to shovel dirt himself. The finished project looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Tom was out within two days to view the work and gave the estimate early the next week. By far the fastest and most responsive contractor we worked with. The steps turned out nicely, we did have some concerns about a couple aspects of the project, but they listened respectfully and then addressed the issues or explained what was going to be done so we understood. There was some delay in getting materials, but when the materials came late, tom came by himself in the evening to finish the job. We are pleased with the work and would recommend them.

They were on time and even early. Crew was outstanding and professional. Cleaned up the work area.
