I could not be happier with our fence! James Wolf came out to give me an estimate, and followed up with me. He was very knowledgeable about the differences in the fencing and what I should go with. He knew I was on a time restriction and worked with me as best as he could to get our fence installed in a timely manner. I refer Imperial fence to everyone I hear talking about getting a fence!

Came out sooner than expected, finished in less than a week, and did a great job.

It went very well did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

Spent time with estimator, never got a bid or a follow-up call. Waste of my time.

Overall it went well. The fence looks great. There were some issues that were encountered during the installation that required a second trip to address. This had to do with a gate not leveled properly and some other minor issues. The salesman followed up and ensured I was happy. He knocked off a sufficient amount off the price for my inconvenience at the owner's direction. I was pleased that they took that interest in my satisfaction. I believe they addressed my concerns fairly and truly wanted me to be happy.

replaced 23 year old 6ft wood privacy fence with new fence. new material was eastern red cedar. ~200ft. 2 gates. product looks good. work was done well. final results look good. they cleaned up well. they accommodated minor changes from original estimate without a problem. I would recommend this company.

the estimate was to my liking with no 20-10 or any % of discounts - ezra is great to work with - kind and pleasant after the preliminary things were out of the way i.e., permits etc., the workers came - jason was the crew foreman - only two workers - they did their job efficiently and quickly the job was completed on a thursday - my husband and I had an opportunity to look over the fence on saturday and found many of the boards and pieces of wood were of very poor quality - ezra came out on monday and started making x's on each bad board - he sent his crew back in - they removed the x'd pieces and replaced them - I only wish that each of the boards could have been ok at the start - there are still a few of the boards that are splintering and peeling - I would only suggest that the crew be more mindful of the wood they are installing and possibly not have that issue at all I would recommend Imperial Fence because the owner bid the job and knows how things go - and could answer all questions

Very good service. I am very happy with the fence! It is absolutely beautiful! The installers were very nice and obviously good at their jobs. I have had several neighbors ask who installed the fence. I would be surprised if they don't get additional business. Thank you for the good job. Justin is a good sales person. His style is honest and thecompany follows good work ethics.

The installers were prompt, courteous, keep at the task--no horsing around, completed the work sooner than the estimated time frame, cleaned up the work area. My home is in a commercial part of town and the fence is not only beautiful but it has changed the way I live in my home. The back yard is no longer a "fish bowl" for everyone to look into and my dogs are happy to be able to be outside longer!

.They were very professional and very reasonably priced. My gate had to be adjusted to close properly a few months after it was installed and they were out within a week to take care of it. I had a great experience and I now have a very beautiful fence. I've received many compliments on it. Great job!

They installed the new fence within their estimated time frame and price, resolved all issues I brought to their attention. The work was reasonably priced and the workers were pleasant, polite and left the work site in good condition. I will use Imperial again.

We contacted Ezra from Imperial Fence to give us a bid for the installation of vinyl privacy fence along one side of our yard. He was extremely professional and thorough. He took the time to understand our requirements with the fence and what we wanted to accomplish. The crew did an excellent job with the installation of the fence. They were very professional and did an excellent job of keeping the site clean during installation as well as after the project was completed. A few months later we contacted Ezra with Imperial Fence to extend the length of the fence. He was once again very professional and also remembered what our ultimate goals were for the privacy fence. The crew once again did an excellent job of extending the fence and being professional throughout the entire project, keeping the site very clean. Ezra and his team at Imperial Fence get an A+ in our book. If we ever intend to add more privacy fence in the future, it will certainly be done with Imperial Fence. We highly recommend them!

They were very personable. They came in and did the job. They left the place spotless though there was a lot of digging involved. They were cheaper price-wise than two or three other ones that we checked out. It just seemed like they did very quality work. They showed up when they said they would.
