Called plumber at 5:30 pm and he had me take photos of the pipes to make sure he had what he needed to fix. He got haters in less than 20 minutes ( super fast). Checked it out. Showed me the bad parts that caused the issue and told me how he would fix it. Had all the work done in under an hour and now it’s the way it should have been done to begin with. Even though it was after hours he really went out of his way to help us and gave us best price. Best plumber ever. I can’t say enough about how awesome he was. Outstanding. Please call them and use them HIGHEST recommendation.

After contacting several other companies who were too busy for our emergency and could not get to us until later the next day, we discovered Gravity on Angie's List and they responded immediately. They were at our house in no time and were professional and helpful in communicating the problem and solution to us. They had the issue remediated in a matter of minutes and referred us to the city for further assistance needed beyond our property line.

Lethon arrived ahead of schedule by a couple of minutes. He is very professional, polite, and knowledgable. After introductions he got right to work. When the job was completed, he cleaned up the site as if he had never been there. I paid by credit card and had a receipt in my email before he left. All around great experience.

Smooth transition. Did a fantastic job. Was very responsive and performance was great. We were pleased with their sewer inspection by gravity drains. Had issues with Sewerpros- would not recommend sewerspro.

They were super nice. Diagnosed my leak as broken garbage disposal. I bought a replacement that was too large. They patiently agreed to come back when I got the right one. Came back the same afternoon! These guys were so kind, efficient and fast. They cleaned up nicely when they left. I was very satisfied.
