+ -1 moreI spent two years in BBB mediation and small claims. Vince and his family are basically scam artists. I wish I would have known more about hiring people and never giving money upfront. Please check out the claims against them on better business bureau:/ Hope this doesn't happen to you.
Description of Work: I hired Gold Star to replace my roof. I paid half down. They never did the work and refused to return my deposit.

+ -1 moreThey were unbelievably conscientious and punctual. They got the job done in one day, and the foreman never left the site. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. The pricing they gave me was far better than other contractors from Angie's List, and they didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary like other companies had. They even went so far as to run a magnet strip to clean up all of the nails.
Description of Work: They replaced my roof, removed the previous two layers.
