Description of Work: We experienced a roof leak in several places along our roof line. It was told to us by State Farm & the roofer that the ice storm caused the problem & that we needed to coat the roof seam which the roofer did. Ken has always gone the extra mile. He is very patient & thorough. Complete Roofing is an outstanding company that provides old fashion customer service. Keep up the great job.

+ -1 moreWe contracted with Complete Roofing to repair our roof after our roof was destroyed in July 2006. Five months later, they have yet to repair the roof. We have been continually told that there is another job ahead of us, but we are next. When pushed in November, they said it would be done by Christmas. After trying to push them in mid-December to finish the repair by Christmas, I was told they would not do it and that perhaps I should find another company. If only they had told us this in August we would have gladly and easily found someone else! In the meantime, we have had continued internal water damage due to the unrepaired roof. So if you want to wait 5 months or more for a new roof, use this company!
Description of Work: We contracted with Complete Roofing to repair our roof.
