+ -1 moreUnfortunately, they had to return shortly after the work was done because the paint was peeling. It's been a year since the resurfacing and it needs to be done again. The tub is peeling and cracks in the paint are showing through the tile on the walls. The last resurfacing we had lasted 8 years and just began to dull over time. This was a waste of money since it needs to be redone after 1 year.
Description of Work: The bathtub and tile walls of the bathroom were resurfaced.

+ 0 morethey had to come back to buff our the tub because it had rough spots. Their response was slow and I thought they were not going to respond, but eventually did and performed the adjustment to my satisfaction. and didn't charge anything for the 2nd visit. So I'm happy

+ -1 moreTub has peeled each time it's been refinished and they've been out 2-3 times to refinished or fix the peeled sections, but it keeps peeling. Once again, it is peeling in many places, and I've called twice in the last two weeks with no response.

+ -1 moreI was frustrated when calls to the company did not get returned right away. I called 4 times before I got a call back but IT WAS WORTH IT! Lisa scheduled an appointment the following week. Terry arrived with his products and went right to work. He was not satisfied with the color match so he made an appointment the following week. He mixed colors till he was satisfied. He did an OUTSTANDING job! I was extremely satisfied. Terry does not dress like a workman (in a uniform), but don't let that put your off. He knows what he doing!
Description of Work: I had problems with my bathtub finish. Rust and iron were showing. Terry came out and color matched the tubs. He refinished the problem areas. (Terry has taken oven from the previous owners of AAA Tub & Tile.) He does a much better job and his recommendations were better. He recommended that we put down new non-slip mats which are glued to the tub. He gave me a 5 year warranty on his work, which is transferrable to new home owners.

+ 0 moreI called AAA Tub and Tile several times before I got a return call. I left messages on their answering machine. Lisa called back and was able to schedule Terry to come out the following week. Terry arrived with materials and went right to work. Do not be put off by Terry's appearance. He has long hair, dresses sloppily, and speaks slowly. But HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING! Terry also recommended that we put down permanent non-slip mats in both tubs, which we did.
Description of Work: My 2 bathtubs had some rust and iron showing. The finish had come off. Another company (that Terry has taken over) had previously refinished one of the tubs. Some of the coating that they put on had already come off. Terry took over AAA Tub & Tile from the previous owners. He came out and expertly refinished both tubs. He had to come back a second time because he wanted a better color match than was achieved the first time.
