"Would give 0 stars if I could. Would NOT recommend as a general contractor. I hired him for a 300 sq foot addition to my house. He subbed out the work to Robison construction. Robison construction did some demo work to remove some deck and a shed addition on the house where the addition was going. They were not good at cleaning the construction area when they left for the day. They piled insulation from the demo work in my current bathroom and left it there. Robison did the footing and stem wall for the addition. The problems with the stem wall were numerous. First it was only 6 inches wide for an exterior 6 inch wall, which could work, but on top of that it was 3 1/2 inches out of square per 3 other contractors that I had come look at it after Guth pulled out of my project. They put no horizontal rebar in the wall to tie into vertical rebar, per the men that actually poured the concrete. They pulled the forms off the wall withing 4 hours!! They lacked about 6 inches of getting the forms all the way to they existing house where it was tying in and so they used 2, 2" PVC pipes (one on each side) as forms tie it into the house. They removed one of the PVC pipes with the forms, but couldn't get the other one out. The sub had to cut the other one out. So where they used the PVC pipes as forms, the wall was only 4" thick tying into existing house. With so many issues with the foundation I told the general, Ryan Guth, that I wanted the foundation inspected before they built on it, because it had so many issues. When I told him that, he pulled out of my job, claiming hostility on my part and delays. After he pulled out and I had other contractors inspect the foundation, I asked Mr Guth to honor his warranty for the work that had been done. So he sent his sub out and the sub cosmetically fixed the area that was only 4" wide where it tied into my house with a bucket of some sort of cement mixture. I had given him 33% down for the entire project which was $13,860. When he pulled out, he gave me an itemized statement of the work that had been done and issued a refund of $165. He significantly inflated the price of the horrendous, substandard work that had been completed to keep most of my 33% down. His sub at one point when I was questioning him about the concrete work, actually lied straight to my face in front of the general. This general and the sub he used are dishonest and unethical and I would absolutely not recommend them."

EPA Certified Hvac licensed OSHA certified 7 years experience get the owner at your door not just a worker! Affordable and quality is what we strive for!
"We called to have a heat pump installed, and we got an electric heat system. We have a 119 year old 2 story farmhouse that we are still repairing. We contacted him and they did show up early, however, the workers he had employed at the time did not do much and he was not there to supervise them. It took four days to get it all installed. We have already had to have the unit repaired because the wrong wiring was used, there is no overflow spot so that the condensation does not leak onto our floor. We have to now figure out how to afford replacing this with the correct unit we had originally asked for because he is not willing to help where he messed up. I do not recommend this company because they are not very professional, and do not communicate at all. We were basically told "You are SOL and stuck with what you have." We did not ask for what we received, and he will not fix his mistake."

Johnny Jetter Drain & Pipe Cleaning is a better solution to clogged drains and pipes for Residential & Commercial properties. Typical drain snakes punch a hole in the clog, push the majority of it further down the pipe (which will create a new clog) and leave a nasty residue on the walls of the pipe. We use powerful and professional top of the line Hydro Jetter equipment to not only get your pipes flowing again, but we actually CLEAN the pipe. We will clear out everything from hair, grease, food and paper wastes, fats, tree roots, ice, rock, sand and much more! Not much stands in our way! Johnny Jetter also does Sewer Camera Inspection to show you what the clog is or if there is significant or impending plumbing damage which can potentially save you thousands! Sewer Cameras are also great if you are selling or buying a home or property! When making property purchases, the plumbing could be a ticking time bomb. If problems aren't addressed you could pay way more than what you wanted. Even if you're selling, plumbing damage can potentially cost you thousands. Johnny Jetter is great for anything that has water moving through it like gutters, drainage ditches and culverts! We also replace water heaters, garbage disposals and toilets. My name is John Nichols and I am a Branson, MO resident. Johnny Jetter is local owned & operated and I am proud to be serving Branson/Hollister and all of Taney County. I look forward to serving you! Don't Sweat It, Jet It!

The average cost to install a new water heater is around $1,300, but you can expect to pay between $875 and $1,750, depending on the kind of water heater, the size of the unit, and the professional chosen to complete the work. Tankless water heaters can push your price higher, as installation is more complicated, with prices as high as $3,500. The location and accessibility of your water heater will play a role in the project cost, as those sitting in tight spaces like a crawl space will drive up your labor costs.
Tankless water heaters are more expensive than those with a storage tank, but they come with some impressive benefits that most homeowners find worth the higher investment. Most importantly, they provide unlimited hot water, so you’ll never run out like you would with a storage tank. Tankless heaters are also more efficient, so comparing gallon-for-gallon, you’ll spend less on hot water with a tankless heater. Tankless water heaters are also smaller, require less maintenance, and tend to last longer than storage tank water heaters.
It usually takes a professional water heater installer between two and three hours to remove an existing water heater and install a new tank heater. However, it could take four to five hours if they have to work in a small utility closet or another tight area, like a crawl space. Tankless water heaters have a more complicated installation process, so they will take a bit longer. Additionally, a gas water heater requires a connection to a gas line, and that alone can add about an hour to the installation timeline compared to installing an electric water heater.
It is very difficult and dangerous to install your own water heater, so we strongly recommend against tackling this as a DIY project. Not only will you need to wire your water heater, but you’ll also need to connect plumbing to the intake and outlet. Sweating copper pipes and connecting wiring properly are skills most DIYers don’t have, and even if you do feel confident you can do it, working with water and electricity always leaves the potential for electrocution. Hiring a local water heater installer is well worth the investment.
In most municipalities, a license is not mandatory for water heater installation or replacement. However, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed plumber or water heater installer to handle the work. Licensed installers are far less likely to make a mistake during the installation, which means paying for the experience decreases your risk of a leak and other issues. You can use our state licensing tool to find out if a contractor you’re considering in your area holds a plumber’s license.
