+ -1 moreBetter than I thought they would do. They had the right equipment, and when they left two dump loads of gravel was leveled out with the major holes filled and double packed. The owner and I chatted a bit while giving me tips on how to maintain a driveway like ours to an almost cement grade feel. They were flexible on the financial details and felt comfortable doing business with them. The only other company to contact me was very expensive and claimed 5 or 6 hours would be billed, two for just showing up, plus a start up fee for the Bobcat use. Living a bit rural for the past 3 decades I've come across folks who really wish to profit big time on disasters like we just went through.
Description of Work: We had a rain of Biblical proportions recently wiping out a driveway. We are relatively new to the area and simply couldn't find a soul to even call back regarding fixing it. Finally called P & M which wasn't exactly in the business of driveways. They are master builders, and do new homes and additions. The owner called me back immediately and listened to our situation. Although more than busy the owner promised to have somebody come out and take a look at the damage and leave a quote. Bada Bing, the other half of ownership hit the estimated time of arrival perfectly. Got a more than fair quote, and more importantly a time and date to do the job. Well P&M hit 1000 percent, showing up on time and completing the rather small job as quoted. Actually thought they did more than promised, giving me tips on how to make the driveway even better.

+ -1 moreThe first visit with P&M Builders, was one I'll never forget. The owner/designer, took our plans and ideas, and adapted to what would work on the site we had chosen. That saved us over $5000.00 by not having to go to an architect. Our budget didn't allow for all the upgrades we had wanted but they tweaked a couple of rooms and we have exactly what we wanted. P&M Builders were able to do the excavation, plumbing, electrical and stonework. I think they can do it all!!
Description of Work: This small company built our home. Our home is over 7000 sq. ft. The owner drew the plans with such great attention to detail. He was always on the site. We were able to reach him even on the weekends, if we had questions. They helped in so many ways. An example, when the movers came, the crew helped our moving crew. This is a company that puts the homeowner first. Very professional and so accommodating. Will sing P&M Builders praises to all!!!
