+ -1 moreDane returned our call promptly and set up appointment to come the following day. Arrived on time and went right to work. He added a new operating system called Firefox . He also recommended us to buy additional RAM, which he provided the part number for. Will make follow-up appointment with him to download new RAM. He is very knowledgable and professional.
Description of Work: Worked on my husband's desktop computer since he was having trouble retrieving emails and computer running very slowly.
