Description of Work: well it was over three years ago. They charged for time and materials. one of my mistakes. Just a few things of the many that still were really bad. He stuck his tongue out at me when he was stealing the left over material off my patio when I said something about it. It was two whole sections of hardy board siding and about six bundles of cement board trim. He was not going to wrap the house. I made him do it anyway, but I had to buy the wrap. Who resides a house and does not wrap it? He told me I was stupid in front of his crew when I asked him why the electrical outlets were upside down. I did not know the new building codes. when he left, I have four on the outside of my house, two of them were one way and two of them were the other way. His bid was $6900. when it was over, I thought he was going to tear my living room apart if I did not give me more money. He had a fit. then I gave him an extra $300. He wanted $400. So a month later he sends me a bill for $100. plus interest. My lawyer put a halt to that right away. Before I hired him, we went around the whole house and I showed him everything I wanted done. When he finished striping the old siding off, it was Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hide. He also probably charged me for 3 days of labor he and his crew were not even here for. It rained. There were so many things that happened I do not want to talk about it any more. I had to repair and finish up a lot of things myself that he was suppose to do. I just wanted to get rid of him. It was a horrible two weeks.

Description of Work: Installed laminate flooring and installed 6 base cabinets and 4 wall cabinets. Also installed new kitchen sink,faucets and garbage disposal.

Description of Work: Install stick built roof over deck, install roll up door on tool shed, pour concrete slab below deck.
