Make sure everything is right before you pay or you will never get them to come back and fix anything. I had problems and had to fix them myself to keep my neighbors happy. I tried for months to get them to just move the curtain drain over to my side of the property line that I was insured everything was measured and where it belongs. It wasn't!

I was luckey to have Larry repair a leak in my outside water pipe...He did great work, came right away ..five stars
