replacement windows
+ -1 moreFrom the measurement & ordering to the installation, he was very informative. He kept me up to date about when the window would be in (took three weeks) and installed. During the installation, he allowed me & my kids to watch and explained the process as he went. He even gave me helpful hints on basic household maintenance. The window was installed quickly, and we didn't even have to replace any trim.
Description of Work: Keith Pfeiffer replaced our upstairs bathroom window that was rotted with a new vinyl replacement window.

+ -1 moreHe came out to measure ($65) the size of the window panes that needed replacing. He provided a written estimate which he later e-mailed to me. After the windows came in (2 weeks), he came out within a few days to put them in. Unfortunately, the majority of windows were wrong in measurement. So, re-ordered the windows (while apologizing profusely). After the windows came in (a week and a half), he came out again within a few days to put them in. During this whole time, he did a great job communicating the status of the project. On the day of installation, he was done quickly & told me how to dispose of the glass. (The waste company takes it.) On the day of installation, I also had him give me an estimate on replacing a wood window that was rotting. He gave me an estimate & warranty information.
Description of Work: Replaced 16 broken thermal seal panes.
