St. Louis Remodeling Pros.

I hired St. Louis Remodeling Pros because I felt they were much more experienced compared to the other companies I called. They designed my basement and built everything we wanted to perfection. Greg explained the permit process, created a plan for permits, completed all phases of construction with local inspections on time. We were very happy with them and highly recommend them to others.

My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and friendliness of St. Louis Remodeling Pros!! I highly recommend this business if you are looking to get superior quality service done to your home. Our basement was completely unfinished and the St. Louis Remodeling Pros completely transformed our basement into a very beautiful place to live!! Our tile on the floor is so gorgeous and the drywall looks great. We are also very pleased with the installation of the shower and my beautiful French door that was added to my office that was built in the basement. I also need to mention the installation of the ceiling fan and the lighting is gorgeous all throughout the basement. Greg and Chris was such a pleasure to work with and very friendly, honest and professional and are great workers that you can truly trust in your home. THANK YOU very much Greg and Chris!! St. Louis Remodeling Pros is Greg Bryd and his son Chris. Chris does most of the labor and does an excellent job. We had a complete basement remodel. One of my complaints matches another review. They only work about 4 hours a day. Our project completion was two months overdue. Our biggest issue was flooring. When we could not decide on the best basement flooring, Greg told us he does excellent cement staining and we would love it. The floor project alone was $7000 and was terrible. We could see tape marks, uneven staining, and it looked nothing like we had requested. The staining process involved him working 20-30 minutes a day for over a week! Not what a cement staining company does! We ended up spending another $7000 having LVF installed to cover the concrete. This was our first experience hiring someone for such a big job. My advice is to get a written price quote for everything! When Greg asked if he could cover the floor with paper to make clean up from the drywall mudding easier, I said yes. He forgot to mention that was an additional $1000! So..get prices for everything and before you say "yes" to requests, ask if there is an additional charge. You also should get the fixture allowances in writing for everything. Bottom line, the carpentry is wonderful. They were extremely neat and clean and polite. Just watch your costs/expenses and be prepared for short work days without great communication.

The quality of the work is extremely detailed. My only complaint is the time frame to complete the project. Most days they only work for 4 or 5 hours, and some days not at all. We never know if they were coming or not unless we call.

Greg and St. Louis Remodeling Pros have done multiple jobs at my in home as well as friends and family. I always recommend him to anyone planning a home project. His work is impeccable. He is extremely knowledgeable and his expertise gave us security knowing that our job was in the hands of a true professional. Our money was well spent on quality workmanship. Very satisfied with all aspects from beginning to end.

Mr Greg Byrd did an amazing job on our basement. It was a complete remodel. He added a bedroom, work out room, TV area and game room. He did all electrical work also. He even worked Saturday's to keep on schedule. Mr. Byrd was always on time and took so much pride in his work. I have the utmost respect for him. Very professional and extremely hard working.
