KOCH MECHANICAL SVC

John arrived on time and quickly and efficiently cleaned out the drain line. I've used Koch Mechanical in the past to replace the A/C and to service another A/C. They always do a great job.

I evaluated approximately 6 contractors based on the cost, professionalism, and the reliability of the equipment they handled based on Consumer Reports reliability reports. American Standard is at the top of the ratings for reliability for both furnace and air conditioners so that got a heavy weighting. Koch installs their equipment and the price was competitive. Koch installed the outside freezer system at the Peace Pantry where I volunteer and it has served us well. So I selected them. They are a small operation and are very busy in mid-summer so one must have some flexibility when scheduling but it was worthwhile. The equipment was installed about 2 weeks after the contract was signed. It took all day to do the furnace and air conditioner. He came back 2 weeks later to do the humidifier. Given the mid-July date, I was in no hurry for the humidifier. The installation is very professional looking. The propane company inspected the installation for potential rebate and was very complimentary. I definitely recommend Koch Mechanical.
