Description of Work: Large basement remodeling project. Tim, the proprietor, was on-site through most of the project, was flexible to work with and had good subcontractors. Has been responsive on follow-up questions. Very good to work with.

+ -1 morePretty easy transition. I was able to perform light kitchen duties with a microwave and frig in dining room and washed the dishes in the bathroom tub and sink. It took about 3 months for completion.
Description of Work: Tim Roberts - Contractor has a new name for his business, due to partner retiring. It is called Bear Kitchens and Baths, located in St. Peters, MO 63376. Tim was great to work with, very professional at all times. He asked me what kind of a budget he had to work with, and we went from there. I had my whole kitchen updated from ceiling (no more popcorn) to flooring. Due to a dishwasher leaking I had water damage. Now I have a gorgeous kitchen with heated ceramic tile, cherry cabinetry, built-in wine cooler, pantry, granite, and a beautiful backsplash with bling! Framed kitchen window to add custom look. Stayed in budget. He did excellent work. In the future I will use Tim Roberts with Bear Kitchens and Baths for other renovations, handyman work. Please consider Tim for the job, he has 30+ years of experience. Thank you Tim for making my old 1983 kitchen come to life in 2013.

Description of Work: Built a new deck and new sliding glass doorway from kitchen to the deck. Repaired, refurbished front porch columns and front entranceway to house. Miscellaneous electrical projects -- lights and bathroom fans.
