His inspection was thorough, showing where there had been previous termite damage (minimal) and that the previous owners had taken care of the issue. He also gave us some preventative advice which will save us hassles and money in the future. We will be using them in the future and taking advantage of their annual service plan.
Description of Work: They came out to do a termite inspection for a house we have under contract.

+ -1 moreThey are very friendly, and they are very prompt to come out when we call them. Right now, we are having problems with ants. They haven?t been able to get rid of them. They have been able to keep them under control to some extent, but we are still having problem with the ants.
Description of Work: They came out and did some spraying in our house for the ants 1 month ago. They come out on a fairly frequent basis. In the future, our old siding is going to be taken off and new siding put in. They are going to come out and treat for the ants inside the siding. They think the ants are inside the siding.

+ -1 moreAbout every three months they send me a reminder card that I should consider having them out. I usually call about two times a year. They always ask if I have any specific problems with any pests and address it if I do. If the problem doesn't stop, they will come out over and over until it is. I don't have a contract with them as I just pay for each visit.
Description of Work: They came out and sprayed inside and out for a regular maintenance visit. It takes one guy about twenty to twenty-five minutes.

+ -1 moreThey are on time, neat and courteous. They do a thorough treatment and are always available for any problems or questions I have. They use a product that doesn't have any odor, so there is no problem when they spray inside the house.
Description of Work: Arenz Pest Management does the pest control for my home quarterly. I pay $52 each quarter. They treat the outside and inside of my home. They also treat for termites once a year, for $85.

You couldn't ask for a better group of people or pest contractor - they are honest, articulate, caring, consistent and reasonably priced. After 7 years, we look forward to our quarterly visits.
Description of Work: General pest control and occasional termite inspections and mouse traps. They handle everything inside and outside. Our house backs to woods so we opted for the quarterly service and have never had any problems with their products or service.
